Our sponsors at Raisinets mix fruit with fun and they'd love to get more insight on how iVillage women get their recommended servings of fruit a day. How do you incorporate fruit into your diet, plus, how do you make it fun and still keep it good for you?

When I curl up with a good book, I love to fix myself a nice fruit and cheese plate. Sharp cheddar, cold grapes, some pineapple chunks and apple slices with a few crackers and I'm in heaven!

I keep it even more simple than you do Bren! I eat raisins in my cereal and drink a glass of high pulp orange juice every morning. If I'm not eating cereal, I'll eat two dried apricots. Later for a snack, I'll eat a banana. That's it..no fuss..no muss..keep it simple and nutritious!

Editing to say I forgot about my berries! When seasonably available, I always have a container of cleaned blueberries and/or strawberries in the fridge. I eat some in my cereal or I'll put some in a small bowl with skim milk and Splenda over them for a snack.

I really need to get more fruit into my diet. I like your fruit and cheese plate idea.

I eat fruit for breakfast and the easiest way is to have a container of fruit that I have cut up earlier so I can just dump it in a bowl and eat it.

Other option is to leave a bowl of grapes out on the counter. Really easy to just walk by, grab a couple and pop them into your mouth.

We eat a lot of fruit in our household.

I could eat the fruit but can't eat the cheese (too much cholesterol for me).
