It's as I thought - I pulled some muscles in my back and across my ribs. I can take Tylenol and Advil, combined if I need to for pain and should do gentle stretches.  In time (a month or so!) I should feel better.

I guess I'm glad I went. I know there's nothing broken, but I still don't know how I'll sleep if the Tyleol/Advil won't work.

Ouuu..muscle spasms! I sure do know what that feel like and it hurts like heck!! I hope it eases up very soon for you. Now don't go and push the vacuum around or anything else strenous for awhile!

That's the only good thing about this - I have an excuse not to vacuum or sweep or scrub, LOL!

Yes, I'm using a heating pad sometimes and it does help, but I can't sleep on it, so it doesn't help at night. Nothing helps at night (spoken after another rough night).

Yes, a couple nights it's been really bad, so I've slept in the recliner.

So glad nothing was broke ann.

I sometimes sleep with the heatingpad on low. it does have a shut off time on mine though. Mine also vibrates...lol. get your minds out of the gutter! lol

Have you tried over the counter mustle relaxers?? Robaxacet works pretty good. i take norflex. it has a lower version on the shelves too. i would not sleep without my mustle relaxers!
