Probably should answer my questions, huh? ;-)
1. What is the oldest piece of clothing you currently own and is there any particular reason why you have kept it so long?
-> The oldest was a pair of shoes (operative word, "was") and I had to toss them out after my last trip to HK as they got crushed to pieces in my luggage. I believe I had those for nearly 20 years. If my memory serves me correctly, my oldest piece of clothing is a long sleeve shirt made of thermal weave material. It probably about 8 years old.
2. How often do you reorganize your dresser drawers and clothes closet?
-> I reorganize my side of the closet every weeks. As for the dresser drawer, that one is when I get tired of the assorted sock balls, undies and bras attempting to make a run for it when I open it up. ;-)
3. What is the one piece of clothing you wear that you love, but spouse or others hate with a passion?
-> I love my baggy black sweat pants. Hubby hates them, but I only wear them in the evening when I know I'm not going out again.
4. When was the last time you had to replace an appliance (large or small)? Was it replaced due to needing to be repaired too often, just up and died or just because you wanted to update the look/color?
-> Ooo, let's see. . .last replacement was first the water heater and then the furnace a couple of months later. Water heater leaked itself to death all over the step in the garage and the furnace decided it was tired of running after 14 years. Next item will be the garbage disposal that went to the great beyond for appliances this week. Not sure if we'll replace it or not.
5. When something breaks down in your home do you call a repairman, fix it yourself or ask a friend or relative to repair it for you?
-> Some things I can repair myself. Hubby is normally the repairman and if it is something he cannot handle like installation of furnaces/water heaters that must meet code, we hire someone to do it.
Bonus: Does your kitchen have a color and decorative theme?
-> My cabinets are bleached oak and I lean towards a more casual/country style with plants, chickens/birds, fruit crate labels, things like that. Appliances are almond.
1. What is the oldest piece of clothing you currently own and is there any particular reason why you have kept it so long? - A lot of my clothes are really old. The oldest might be a yellow shirt. It's not wearable on its own now - it's gotten so thin, you can see through it, lol, but I keep it to wear under sweaters, because it still has a nice collar. But, boy, would I be embarrassed if something happened to me and the EMTs had to take off my sweater!
2. How often do you reorganize your dresser drawers and clothes closet? - Once or twice a year.
3. What is the one piece of clothing you wear that you love, but spouse or others hate with a passion? - Hmm.... I don't know. If dh or anyone hates something I wear, they haven't told me.
4. When was the last time you had to replace an appliance (large or small)? Was it replaced due to needing to be repaired too often, just up and died or just because you wanted to update the look/color? - A few years ago, when we re-did the kitchen. We got a new stove. The other was okay, but I didn't like the solid burners or the color. We also got a new microwave at the same time.
5. When something breaks down in your home do you call a repairman, fix it yourself or ask a friend or relative to repair it for you? - Tom fixes it.
Bonus: Does your kitchen have a color and decorative theme? - It has blue walls and light

2. How often do you reorganize your dresser drawers and clothes closet? Drawers rarely need reorganizing. My closet does get a bit disheveled though, and needs tidying up right now.

4. When was the last time you had to replace an appliance (large or small)? Was it replaced due to needing to be repaired too often, just up and died or just because you wanted to update the look/color? My refrigerator died last year and had to be replaced. I bought the same one I had before.

This is the pattern of one of the platters that I use for decorative purposes in my kitchen.
