I don't want to think about it until after Thanksgiving. The thought of putting up the Christmas tree gives me a headache!! We'll get it done the 2nd or 3rd week in December. I'm enjoying my fall decorations and not in a hurry to change them yet.
Because Christmas has been flung into our line of sight and hearing since July/August, I would just like to declare it over and done with NOW and start the new year a couple of months early. Whatcha say?
i can see you wanting to wait. here we need to get thew christmas decorations out now before the ground freezes and is covered with snow.
I also have heard that some people decorate in christmas before thanksgiving because they celebrate before real christmas with other family members. Have you ever watched little people big world where they have the early christmas with her family and matt even buys fake snow for the yard?? Thought she was going to kill him LOL
wow a lot of people really get bent when you ask them about christmas in November...guess kinda like we do when we have to hear about thanksgiving no november yet.
I haven't looked to see if my neighbors put their outside lights up yet. I hope so for it's supposed to go down to 40*f next week!! We set out our lighted animated reindeer, but that's all that is lighted, so we can do that in cold weather for it only takes a few minutes. We'll probably set them out Thanksgiving
