Tom was home yesterday, so today feels like Monday. I shouldn't even be here, I have so much to get done. I need to fold the clothes I washed yesterday and put them away, and hang ornaments on the tree (I just didn't have the ambition last night), and put other deco other places. And I HAVE to finish doing my cards and get them out!

And yet, here I sit, still in my jammies. I think I'm getting holiday blues before the holiday!

Well, I put most of the ornaments on the tree. I had to force myself to do it, and it's taken all day, but it's just about done. Maybe once all the boxes the stuff was in go down stairs and I feel more comfortable with my surroundings, I'll actually like the tree, lol.

I can't tell you how much I don't feel like doing all this Christmas work this year! It gets harder every year. Maybe it's because I get older each year..ya think?! LOL! I'm thinking of getting a 4" fiber optic tree for next year. I'll save out my more sentimental ornaments to put on it and call it good! I don't think I'll even put up my Dickens Village this year, just don't feel up to it!

Other than that, things are good..LOL!!

I gave up sending Christmas cards many years ago. Each year I get fewer and fewer sent to me and that's okay too. The ones I like getting have personal notes in them or Christmas letters or photos. The ones that just have the name and that's it, I feel like why bother doing this chore, save your time and money on stamps and cards and relax! Mean aren't I? LOL

No, not mean - sensible! I don't send as many cards as I did at one time, but I like getting them, so I still
