As of today, I resigned my leadership of the Movies! board. I'd felt for awhile I wasn't being the kind of leader I wanted to be in there - the kind of leader who could get people in and keep them interested, and thought maybe the new year was a time to make the break and get in some fresh blood. I just hope one of the members takes up the leadership torch. Any of them would be a great leader, and I'd hate to see the board die for lack of leadership.
So, after 13 or so years and many boards along the way, I am no longer an iVillage leader. It feels a little weird, lol. And, I admit, a little sad, too.

Give it some time & hopefully someone will step up to CL it :)
