SB Fitness: I CAN do it!

Note: the SB fitness threads are NOT about losing weight. (they can be included but are not centered around weight loss). They are about making yourself feel better, be that weight loss or gaining weight , posture, drinking water, getting more sleep, cutting back on things that are emotionally not good for you, diet changes, menopause, PMS,,, you name it..... all about your emotional and physical fitness. We can do this! We will need to help and assist each other, reminding each other and asking each other how we are doing with our goals. ;O)
The first of our SB Fitness threads: I CAN do it!
1. Name a few things that you know you can do this year to help yourself get fit or feel better about yourself . (I'm not talking a "6pack gut",, just a couple things that realistically you feel would be good for you and you really will do. )
2. This week : study your eating habits and figure out one way to add or eliminate something from or to your diet that will make you feel better . (that isn't meaning necessarily that you will lost any weight from it, but it will make you feel better.

yes, i wanted to make a few additions to the board so figured we'd all like to cheer each other on fitness and emotional fitness.....
can't remember the pedometer?
Well keep it in the refrigerator.
WEll you have a walking buddy too, so no excuses except too much snow.
No doubt the pain will improve with some weight loss Donna.
I'd chuckle at you reply Suzan but it hurts too much LOL!
Going back tomorrow .. least my legs are feeling ok.
