some questions for ya all this week.

1.  Do you have any fitness equipment at home at all? (even jump ropes or balance balls etc,,, whatever).

2.  Do you think if you had a real fitness room at home that you'd really use it at all?

3.   Which pieces of equipment would you love to have at home and think you might even use them? Which would you not use...?

4.   Are there any other members of your family that might also use the fitness room?

5.  Any other thoughts about home gyms?

1. Do you have any fitness equipment at home at all? (even jump ropes or balance balls etc,,, whatever).

-> We do. Treadmill, elliptical, hand weights, aerobic rider (hubby's purchase and never used), balance ball, DVDs, tapes, resistance bands, ab lounger (hubby's purchase and never used).

2. Do you think if you had a real fitness room at home that you'd really use it at all?

-> Career Girl and I use nearly everything, if not all. Hubby is a fitness freak who never uses it all. Personally I would love to have a room added to the house that is only for fitness and far away from the bedrooms so family and guests are not disturbed by workouts.

3. Which pieces of equipment would you love to have at home and think you might even use them? Which would you not use...?

-> I think I probably would use a weight machine/gym.

4. Are there any other members of your family that might also use the fitness room?

-> Definitely the daughter.

5. Any other thoughts about home gyms?

-> I finally convinced hubby to let our gym membership of 26 years lapse as it was a waste of money and nobody used it and I hadn't since 1987. I prefer working out at home so I am not bothered by gym employees, drive for miles to get to the gym and can do this when I feel like it. My day doesn't start off right if I don't exercise in some way.
