SB Fitness 5: Love the skin you're in!

This week is about self esteem.

By the end of the week let's all list 10 things (at least) that we like about ourselves. We have to learn to love the skin we are in, maybe our hips are too big but there are other things that are just right and nice. Put your thinking caps on.

Ten things, huh? I suppose that means not just physical, right?
1. I enjoy exercise.
2. I consider myself fairly healthy.
3. My skin is in good condition.
4. Despite the usual brain fart, I'm glad the brain is sharp.
5. My body and mind is finished with the upheaval of menopause and I came out the other end of the tunnel without use of medication or hormones.
6. I'm more content than I used to be.
7. The boobs aren't swinging too low or to-and-fro.
8. Butt is still flat despite the stomach pooch.
9. My feet are in good condition because I didn't wear heels much, if at all.
10. My hair hasn't thinned and due to the color, the white/silver is barely noticable.
Yes it is, this is feel good about ourselves week,, maybe month, maybe year we'll see how it goes.
so happy to hear that at least one of us had the common sense NT to wear stilletos in their youth.
hmmmm....right now my self-esteem is in the gutter !!!
I will have to get back to ya at the end of the week...hopefully, I can think up 10 things about my self esteem !
