SB Fitness 5: Love the skin you're in!

This week is about self esteem.

By the end of the week let's all list 10 things (at least) that we like about ourselves. We have to learn to love the skin we are in, maybe our hips are too big but there are other things that are just right and nice. Put your thinking caps on.

how are you doing today?
LMBO!! I just let J read my list. When he got about half way through, he said I should add conceited. I said, "Wait 'til you read the last one!"! LOL!!!
Thank you, but my singing voice doesn't belong on the list. I do well in choir as I can hear the others in my section singing our part making it easy to find it. Otherwise, I kind of suck!! LOL!! Interesting how that happens. I do well singing in the church congregation too, but when I sing alone to the radio or something, I really do suck! Weird!

1. I have great skin. I recently turned sixty and there's hardly a wrinkle in sight.
2. I love to serve others in my community. Mostly thru my church.
3. I keep my mind active by reading and doing puzzles, as many others here do.
4. I am a good cook.
