SB Fitness 5: Love the skin you're in!

This week is about self esteem.

By the end of the week let's all list 10 things (at least) that we like about ourselves. We have to learn to love the skin we are in, maybe our hips are too big but there are other things that are just right and nice. Put your thinking caps on.

It's been many years, but I used to draw in pen and ink. Since you can't erase, I was always proud if they turned out well. I was young then. LOL.
What I have to use on my face now is a really good hand cream for dry cracked hands. I use it on my face b/c it's is a good moistuizer. I have used Olay now and then. You are right. If you are happy with things, then it's ok :)
Oh, and ... Nibs is good. I answser to several things ;-)

Hey, I got to thinking. If I were taller, wouldn't that stretch out the wrinkles? Just like permanent press, I'd be wrinkle-free! Seven feet tall, but wrinkle-free! Yeah, that's the ticket! :::calling growth center of America:::: (up, not out HA HA HA)
