It's very hard to describe bipolar disorder as it's pretty intense and there are a lot of symptoms. a friend of mine has a step son who is autistic. She is really nice and a part of the salvation army here. She had been my boss at one time in the office. I can ask if she would mind you guys contacting here. He satep son is in a home now. As far as i know he was never on the bad end of the scale. he was in his early teens when dianosed.
as for adhd...that is my greg. He was pretty much ok if you kept him busy. Lots of activities. Not to much sitting still though. He was the kid to start talking and suddeny was lost by something shinny he saw LOL Still on the go all the time. In later years home work was done a little at a time or we lost him.
Now bi polar is grants ex...totally. wild mood swings. a lot of people are never that bad. here was helped along with drugs , alcohol and being spoilt.
i think with all there a very structured lifestyle is best. bed at the same time, meals at the sametime ect. As haveing wotked with the mentally handi capped I learned quickly to schedule and keep to that. Same as aj with his brain injury.
forgot to add....Have they gone for am allergy test?? Grants sister found out that was what her kids had. they were wild. They first said add, then adhd, then learning disabilities. Now after the food testing they are a LOT better. The dyes
I know it's overwhelming, but knowledge is power. Again, I want to stress very strongly that a counselor is found for both Cameron and your daughter. They can give her coping and discipline tips to use until a good diagnosis can be determined and then when they figure it all out later on, dicipline will change again.

I really do think that Cameron does a sensitivity to sugar & carbs...I noticed that he gets so much more hyper after having those two !
