I'm new to message boards so I would apprecite any help... I don't know where to post this to get advice from other parents who may have had to deal with Disneyland over a claim. My daughter had her arm dislocated by Tigger (costumed character at Disneyland) last Tuesday and had to be taken to emergency via ambulance. Although Disney picked up the tab at emergency, we are not sure of the ambulance and they have yet to contact us directly even after we left phone calls at the guest claims number which was given to us. We tried to file a report while we were still at Disneyland but they told us there that we had to call the guest claim number. Needless to say, it ruined our vacation.

It's been a week now so we sent a letter to the CEO/COO of Walt Disney Corp. Any other ideas/suggestions based on experience you may have had?

Oh NO! That is horrible! I hope your dd is feeling much better very soon!

We have a board specifically for Disney Vacations, I'm sure someone there would be able to give you some input for this situation~
