Fertility Problem - Egg size info needed

My son phoned me today from where he lives overseas and asked me if I could get any information on this as he doesn't have a computer so no web access. My gorgeous daughter in law who is 32 and has endometriosis, is trying to get pregnant. She has had a few tests and now finds that apparently her eggs are 8mm when they should be 18-20mm.

Does anyone out there know anything about this egg size problem? How serious is it? What can be done about it? What are the chances of successful conception? Any helpful information would be much appreciated. Also any links to helpful websites.

I am extremely ignorant on fertility problems etc as happily this has never been a problem in the family before. Any info any of you may have would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
