How do I become a Community Leader?

Hi, I've actually been on Ivillage for a few years, but I just changed my screen name. I've always wanted to volunteer and be a CL but didn't know how to go about it. I guess I have two questions:

1. How do I know which boards need Community Leaders?

2. What are the qualifications to become one?
