Summons for credit card?
| Mon, 04-19-2010 - 7:14pm |
So when i was about 19 i got 4 credit cards and had them maxed out in no time. I received a summons from someone who came to my house for Discover Card. They dropped it off about a month ago and then i got a letter in the mail saying they dropped it off. So i have no idea what this means. I figure they are just going start garnishing my wages, which would be fine, it has to get paid off at some point, but does the summons thing mean i have to go to court?
Normally a summons means you "HAVE TO" appear in court.

A summons is a summons to appear.
