My bank account, as well as my emotional state, are almost empty. I need to take some time for me (luckily, I'll be able to do that tonight) to replenish and FLY.

I'm reading Jerrold Mundis' book again, and also Sink Reflections. And I'm writing in my journal. But I still feel weighed down by debt and financial insecurity, and I've got family troubles too.

I'll post again later, hopefully after breakfast, lunch, and exercising I'll feel better.

I feel like you to sometimes, especially when I was thinking about me being patient, and I am not a patient person. I think I heard somone tell me once, the reason you feel bad is because you choose to feel bad. Change your mindset, you will pay off debt, your financial future is going to be awesome and you can be happy now, if you want to be.

(Telling myself to take my own advice)

Aww ((((Lee Ann)))) - I hate the "down times". I hope you do feel better after exercising. I know I usually do...it's just getting off my duff to go do it - so you're already way ahead of me, girl!
