Credit scores and vehicle surrender, too

I forgot to ask this in the question below. If we do surrender our truck, will it make our credit scores even worse than the bankruptcy alone? I'm wondering if it's possible to get credit scores higher in the next 2-3 years with our without the vehicle surrender?

Hi again, Lisa. I'd ask on Bankruptcy Q&A board where they have more experience dealing with bankruptcy situations. I don't see that a repossession could make your credit look worse than the bankruptcy, but that's not the only reason to avoid repossession. :o)
