Brownbagging- what are your favorites?

I'm looking for fresh ideas. I've already shared that not brown bagging is a HUGE weakness of mine, which may seem silly, but it's true. So I need to make it a game, need to get in a routine and convince myself that not only is it cheaper, but more tasty and creative.
So what lunches are your favorites to brown bag?
So far I've made what I call a Greek/Italian salad and today's lunch is two ham and cheese sandwiches that I made up at the last minute. I'm thinking I can do more salads and the idea of making wraps sounds good. And I could make some yummy soup.
I'm just afraid of getting caught in a rut and veering off into running down the street to get a panini, speciality soup or something like that.

deciding to be happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, but that you had decided to look beyond the imp
I've pretty much brown bagged lunches on and off for years, but lately have been going out more and more so am trying to get back on track.
KRISTI, mommy to:
I like various sandwiches with vegetable sides like carrots and cucumbers, salads, sometimes leftover pasta dinners or leftover pizza. I try to have enough raw vegetables and fruits on me when cravings strike. I also have soups that only need hot water added and crackers. I don't like to eat a heavy lunch or I get sleepy.
Some of my sandwiches are:
PB&J - always a winner!
PB&banana
Tuna salad with lettuce and tomato
Bologna & cheese - another all-time winner!
Cheese with lettuce and tomato
Fresh mozzarella and prosciutto
Fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers
Sometimes, I also just bring antipasto and eat light. I'm not a big lunch person.
