Minestrone soup, crackers and cheese, and chocolate chip cookies (still eating them!). I also have an apple if I'm still hungry or need a snack later!
I ended up not needing my Lean Cuisine yesterday, my BF mom was doing an open house (she's a realtor) and had all kinds of goodies and invited me to come see her during my lunch! Yummy! We had pot stickers, spring rolls, BBQ pork and chicken wings. I love a surprise like that. It was also good incentive for me to go see her because I really liked the house she was showing and when my debt is paid off I want to buy a house, so it really motivated me! Yeah! Happy Thursday everyone!

Boca Burger with a high fiber roll and 2% cheese slice (4pts WW); roasted potatoes and carrots with rosemary and olive oil (made fresh this a.m. - got up waaaaay too early!) (another 4 pts WW).
Tonight is my boxing class, so I get to eat a big lunch!
