Well, we got our taxes back last weekend and I'm feeling pretty good since some of the checks that I wrote off it are starting to clear. I paid up our rent through April.. I paid off the rest of my son's tuition.. I paid off two of dh's credit cards.. put a large payment on two of mine.. paid off two of my dr bills from the baby's delivery.. bought some savings bonds for the kids.. bought some new clothes for myself (hey, my brother is getting married tomorrow I gotta look good! LOL Honest, I told dh that as long as I didn't spill anything on the sweater that I would take it back, I paid way too much for it and feel pretty guilty every time I look at it).
Plus there is a situation, I don't know if I mentioned it here, that came up with my in- laws. They suggested that we move in with them to save some money (okay, a whole LOT of money!!) and to help them out (they are quite elderly) but there is alot to consider and nothing will be happening before June.
Just thought I'd update.. now I have to go get the baby again.

Hi Vicki,
It all sounds good! One thing I was thinking though, maybe you're getting too much taken out in your taxes? If you're able to do all those things with a refund, you may be better off getting a little more money back all year long, rather than let the IRS keep it for a year then give it back to you. Just a thought,
All the best,
Lee Ann

It's getting a lot more difficult to return merchandise to stores especially if tags are not attached. Be sure to check with store's return policies before you wear the sweater if you're pretty sure that you don't want to keep it. If you wear it, it's likely you'll be stuck with it.
Congrats on your progress and enjoy the wedding.
