It was a special edition of Suze's show last night on MSN. It showed how much debt 3 people under 35 have, and how they spend their money. It was okay, but I wish she would have had more people on the show than 3. A few lived in NYC, lived the club scene and their apartments were $2000 a month. She made one girl cut up her cards on air.
She could have had married people on there or with kids too, because there are a lot of us under 35 out here-- hello?!
The advice was pretty good though- I learned about a single file mortgage which I never heard of and sounds like a good idea.

I didn't see that but I did see portions of her show all weekend on PBS. (Is that the same show you mean?) She is really wonderful I think.
I'm really jealous - my friend Katie is going to see her Thursday in Cleveland - it's a book signing. I looked and she won't be in my area at all :(
I thought I knew all there was to know about finances by now- but once again Suze taught me something new! Dh and I were going to start putting more each month in his 401K after our house is built~ but now we will put it in a Roth IRA (and only up to the matched amount to his 401K) since it will be tax free when we take it out!
Darn, I didn't know she had
