Thank you guys for your good luck wishes and advice yesterday! :)

It went REALLY well and we ended up having 3 different couples come to see our home. DH and I ended up greeting them at the door and letting them know to take their time that we'd walk around the neighborhood with our dog and visit with neighbors while they took their time with their realtors. (DH didn't want me to spend the good part of the night driving around with the dog at night, so that's what we decided on) and it seemed to go well this way. The first couple was in and out in 10-15 min and the last 2 were in for a good 30-35 min. I don't know if that means anything, but I guess time will tell.

DH and I also decided that we'd make 3 appointments available after work during the weekdays so we'd be more in control of realtors comings and goings and not being disturbed at all hours. Some realtors were a little annoyed by this but DH and I are both well aware that our neighborhood is a real hotspot right now with more buyers than their are homes available and we've got the upper hand to take control and take charge of pushy realtors, lol. Go figure that one realtor who yelled at DH for only being available in the evenings and said she wasn't going to bring her clients ended up calling back to apologize to him later in the day and quickly said she's take one of our "weekday evening" slots that night if available when she found out 2 other couples were coming as well. DH and I figure we'll pit realtor against realtor to duke it out on our first come first serve slots, lol.

So it was an interesting eveing to say the least. We'll see how the rest of the week goes. The sign finally went in the front yard yesterday afternoon and we're up on the net, so I wonder if that'll make a difference?

Ok thanks for listening, it's back to work for a bit...

:)
