I was able to transfer my remaining 3200 dollars from chase from an astronomical 29.45% to a much easier to manage 3.9% until September! I am feeling so good right now!!!

Amen to that, Danni! I used to have an MBNA until THEY raised my rate an incredible amount, I got that transfered to a 4.9 for the life of the balance and then chase raised my rates. The funny thing is that I have another chase card, but it's a platinum...I wonder why they didn't raise that rate? (knock on wood) We've managed, by some miracle, to pay over 6000 on that card over the past two months (tax return, cashed in 401k, unexpected bonus), now hopefully nobody else is going to think we're a "credit risk" and raise our rates! Credit cards aren't evil, but I want to say that they are! I know that used correctly they aren't completely bad, but man, I never want to use them again!!!
