UGH!!!! Where is the highly frustrated icon!! lol. Well I guess I jinxed us because our buyer pulled out of their contract on our house - ahhh! So now we are back to square one, how annoying. I know this is the price of "doing business" but it's still aggravating.
Worse is the fact that dh apparently in his frustration is blaming it on me?! Apparently he feels that I wanted to go with this woman more than the other buyer and that's why we went with her because I was more comfortable with the fact the she was pre-approved and the other buyer wasn't - like I was supposed to somehow know that in the future she'd back out?? Anyway - I'm thouroughly p.o.'d at dh right now for even implying that it's somehow my fault! I don't care how frustrating it is for him (and hello for me too) I don't think that's an excuse to call me at work to basically chew me and our realtor friend out because the buyer had a change of heart. :( Very disappointed in his behavior to the point where I don't even want to go home this afternoon to confront him.
Anyway, as this is getting OT, I guess that's enough about that. And I guess I'm back to needing your good wishes that this is all over soon, lol as I was just starting to get my sanity back and don't want to turn into a nervous wreck again.
Thanks for listening and for the patience :)

Oh, I am so sorry to hear that! That really stinks. Just remember, all things happen for a reason, and there might be a darn good reason this buyer backed out. The right one will come along soon, I'm sure of it!
In the meantime, I would just let DH calm down, don't excuse his behavior though, there is no reason for him to be upset with you. I'm sure it is just his frustrations coming through.
Good luck and keep us posted on how things are going. We're here for you if you need us, vent away!

deciding to be happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, but that you had decided to look beyond the imp
And by the way, if the contract was signed and the buyer pulls out you may be able to keep the deposit.
Good luck!
