On March 22 I transferred 3200 off chase because my interest rate was out of control at 29 percent(because we were a "credit risk"). Today I got balance transfer checks (up to 8800) from chase for 0% until the end of next January. I don't want to transfer the same stuff back--it's at 4.9 and I paid a small fee to transfer it over, but it may be worth it to transfer something else over there---what do you think? I was so mad when they raised our rates so high, but we are now on a pay down schedule and we aren't using credit anymore...this 0% for 10 months could really help us and if they raise it really high again at that time we will be in a better bargaining position to find another 0% rate--right? Any thoughts on this?

DH and I do play the "surfing" game with our cc's, but you have to beware the creditors changing their minds and upping the interest if they feel like it for .

All my best,
