This will be week 3 of the new job coming up. I'm looking forward to the week...training has been going well, also the commute on the bus is going well. Still trying to get accustomed to the new routine, but taking one day at a time. I have a lot to do tonight to get ready for tomorrow and the week.

One of the expenses associated with the new job's location is the cost of breakfast and lunch. (The old job's cafe was much cheaper.) I am going to try to bring in food this week. There is a refrigerator and microwave available, so going to see how it works out. I figured out that pretty much across the board, it is $7.00 a day for lunches, about $35.00 per week....would be nice to be able to snowflake some of that instead, so going to try. I have granola and cereal to stash in my desk...I'll work up to sandwiches and salads a little later. At least I am satisfied with my cheap commute on the bus!

There are some interesting places to walk at lunchtime, so looking forward to all that......and I still intend to snowflake as much as I can each week when I take a walk across the plaza to the bank to pay on my credit card!!!!!!! I truly enjoy THAT walk!!! (burn calories, burn debt!)

I calculated my expenses and debt this weekend again, my REALITY CHECK, and I realized I have to work harder at it. (But I feel a bit frustrated right now because I have high expenses coming up, and some of my utility bills are going up as well. This is not a good time for me financially becuse I am trying to catch up sort of to a certain point where I don't feel so overwhelmed--at the point I was at before I got laid off 2.5 years ago--but it seems the financial forces of nature are against me. I am going to keep swimming, however, at least to stay afloat.)

At the library right now to look for a book to read on the bus!

Moving along,
