tonight we are staying home and BBQ burgers and watching Baseball and Basketball. Not sure what tomorrow will bring, maybe stay and rent movies, depends on the weather. Sunday he will work and I might go to a matinee with my cousin. We are pretty good about finding things to do that don't cost much, so I don't think we will spend much money. We like to stay home and we play board games for something to do besides watching TV all the time. How about you?

deciding to be happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, but that you had decided to look beyond the imp

TGIF! We love the weekends. We are going out to eat tonight, mexican ($20)nothing too fancy be at least we don't have to cook. The weather is starting to warm up here in Wyoming, so if its nice we'll take the dogs out to the reservoir so they can swim and snoop around. We'll maybe trim the trees, BBQ, & we enjoy playing cards. We enjoy being outside if the weather cooperates...even just sitting in our lawn chairs visiting.
Have a FUN frugal weekend!

I have such a hard time not spending money on the weekends. Since we moved in with my parents 2 months ago, we find the weekends the hardest. We crave time alone as a family and its hard to do that without spending money somewhere! This weekend I hope its nice so we can visit the park, take walks, and fly kits with our daughter. Good luck everyone.

My dh works weekends and they are his long days; so weekends kind of stink for me.

My weekend was ruined, I think.

I arranged 2 plant visits near where my sister lives, about
200 miles away. (yesterday). So, I'm up at 3 am, drive 200 miles,
work till about 3. I'm friends with the plant consultant, so
we swing by his farm at lunch and do some target shooting, which
was cool. About 3, I'm finished up, he says, hey, I'm thinking about
buying a honda, let's go test drive. That's till 6....

Go over to my sisters house, she got hung up at work.
Not a problem.

As soon as she gets at home, there is this huge argueing drama thing
with her boyfriend (biggest loser boyfriend i have ever seen), yelling,
screaming, etc etc.

So, its now about 8...8.30, me and my sis go to dinner.

I bring up the idea, you know, I'm going back tonight, I just
can't stand to be around wayne.

So, in the end, I get back home at 1 am. This is the third time in
the past month i've had to be awake almost 24 hours. I'm not 20
anymore, you know.....

I was supposed to spend the weekend with my sister.
I don't feel great about it, but I can't stand this loser dude so
much even being withen 100 miles of him is too close.

She wants him out but has yet called the police to have him removed.

I doubt I will return until he is removed.

My DD's 4th birthday party was today!!! We had such fun. We took some of her friends bowling. I had forgotten how much fun bowling was and it is not very expensive. My friend, who used to run a bakery made a spectacular cake. Came home to perfect weather, so DD could play outside on her bike and with bubbles.
Tomorrow will be another day outside. Spring is great because we have been trapped inside so long, just being outside is fantastic!

I'm taking Aaron to a fencing tournament today - it's going to cost us $10 and gas money as it's not exactly close (mapquest says slightly more than 30 minutes but I'm not so sure on that one!
