HI everyone.
I just found this group, and am excited to join.
My DH and I took a course called "Debt free and prosperous living" a few years ago, and loved it, and really did great getting out of debt. Well, things happened (I had another baby, and stopped working for a while, got relocated out of state to a much higher cost of living area, bought a new house, etc), and fell off track.
I recently started working again after taking a year off, and am ready to get back to getting debt free.
I am wondering if anyone has done the program I mentioned, and if it is better/worse that Ramsey's program.
I think I will go out and get his book today, just to compare.
Thanks for any input.

I took the program several years ago but honestly, most of the stuff they talked about I already knew...just didn't always apply it.

FWIW, we used Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover plan to get out of debt ($10,000 in a year) and I wouldn't have done it any other way.

I agree with Danni - if it works for you - stick with it! The best way to reduce debt is to stop adding to your existing debt and stop making new debts. Good luck!
