Anybody NOT pay taxes??

Hi everyone, I am new here and I have a question.
DH and I are avid taxpayers however in doing some research I have found that under the Constitution, we are actually under no obligation to pay federal income tax. This is voluntary according to the Constitution and I guess there are lawyers and litigators out there right now trying to fight this and get federal income tax abolished and replace it with what they would call a "Free Tax" to where citizens would simply pay larger tax rates for things they want to buy instead of having it come out of their Paychecks. That sounds like a good idea to me (at least what you BUY can be controlled since we have no say in what comes out of our paycheck really), but I just had a question to see if there really are people out there who take what is stated in the "Constitution" seriously and have honestly NOT paid "Income Tax" and if so, have there been any reprocussions?
I do not plan on not paying taxes anyway until they do away with Income Tax altogether simply because it leaves an unsettling feeling in my gut.
So I was just curious. Any of you out there take that seriously and not pay taxes and if so, have you ever had any issues?

Here are some links that you may be interested in regarding the myths surrounding the "voluntary" payment of income taxes.

I have always paid my taxes. My income tax return this year was $6800. I like getting that nice amount back. I just think that taxes pay for many things. Obviously things that are important to one person isnt the same for someone else. Tax money does pay for things in the community/county. I just think if people could really get out of paying taxes, then more people would know about it or actually do it.
Honestly it isn't a big deal to me. I don't take it seriously. I really don't think taxes will be abolished. What will really happen if we don't pay taxes? How will our government run things? The money that pays for roads, new schools, parks etc...how will those things be taken care of??? Seems like a hassle to me.
