I have Quicken 2004 and am having trouble downloading transactions from my credit card and savings accounts. I have been using this program for a while and my checking acct is downloading just fine, but 2 of my credit cards and my ING savings are not up to date. When I try to download the information, the gray box pops up quickly but then dissappears and the info doesn't update. Does anyone know who I can call about this? Do I call Quicken or the account holder, and if Quicken do you know the phone number or email? I cant find any information.
Thanks!

Actually I can't do it manually either, I should have explained it that way. It just won't download at all for some reason.

Hmmm, the downloading isn't really something you are to do through Quicken.

When you go on the website and hit download into quicken. That's what I can't get to work. It won't work for ING or my Capital One card.

At one point, Quicken said it was no longer going to support one of the downloading formats, so that could be the glitch.

I might try downloading the different file types available to see if one would do the trick.
