Is anyone else experiences "Pop Up Nightmare"? It took me 5 attempts to get to post a message. I even answered the Sonic Survey thinking that would make it go away...NOPE! Grr sorry I'm so frustrated. Now I am going to attempt to get to the section I need to be in.

I wouldn't mind it so much if "I" were creating the Pop up by clicking on their link. I am frustrated that I can't Navigate within this board. I try to go to another folder and Sonic has not one but TWO annoying pop ups. Can this be reported to ivillage? It irks me SOOOOOOO much it really makes me consider giving up the board, however, I would really miss everyone here and the accountability I get from being here. Maybe I will do the same, Danni, choose NOT to do business with these webvertisers! Sonic is about to be on my LIST

Not that I eat at Sonic that often (maybe once a year, if that), but with that annoying and truly STUPID advertisement, I vowed NEVER to eat there.

Yes, to anser your question, it keeps popping up even though I was not clicking on it. VERY annoying indeed.

Thanks so much. I will be sending them my 2 cents worth.

I found if you click on "click to close video" then you can navigate easier within the board. It only took me 2 days of frustration to figure that out~!

I don't know how computer savvy you gals are but the best way to get rid of most pop-ups is to not use Internet Explorer. There's a browser called Firefox by Mozilla and its the best really. Also some pop ups are caused by other programs called spyware or adware. Its best to run these 2 programs at least once every month on any computer that you surf the web with. Adaware, and Spybot Search and Destroy, both programs are free and they catch most of the spyware and Adware out there.

I'm not really computer saavy. So how to do access another browser (Firefox)? I already have the Spybot Search & Destroy and use it regularly. It has helped A LOT. I guess I should invest in some computer classes (or find a teenager that could give me some pointers)
