where can I sign up for the program?

I had to dig into a 50 today, which I wanted to keep to turn into pounds for the London trip. But I needed cat-litter. Anyway.. hubby says, lets go to MD and so we did. We ate 3 cheeseburger (he ate 2.5 I ate 0.5) split a coke and large fries. Cost 6.25 Euros (I kept the receipt, cause next time I can use it to buy a cheeseburger and get another one free, I was tempted to dig through MDs trash to find more receipts, LOL). Anyway... So we got to talking and what we are doing from now on is this. Everytime we go out to eat we are going to put the matching amount of the bill into the piggy bank which will then go toward the overdraft. Although, we don't go out to eat much anymore. We also steered clear of the DVD store and did NOT get any ice-cream either. So our total expense today MD, cat-litter, kleenex tissue and cat food came out to 10 Euros. I put 5.25 the change I had into the piggy bank and have 35 Euros left over to buy food with Saturday, next week and the week after .... yeahhhhh.

Here's an update on this snowflake. After I put the money in, I decided to empty the piggy bank, because I know us.... when we need the Euros, we'll take them right back out. I counted the money and I am going to take them to the bank, before I go to work (my bank is right across from where I live). That way it is out of the house and can't be spent. Comes out to €18.34 not bad for the change content of a half full piggy.

Hi,
I think your idea of matching the $$ amount you pay for fast food is brilliant!!!!
Sure makes you think twice about eating at fast food places. I think we will copy you. Ha -- husband and I could stand to lose some weight -- and the fast food never helps.
