Congratulations! I think this time of paying things off may be easier-you have a good plan.

As for school, are you eligible for grants or scholarships? I know that those 2 have saved me from having to take out huge loans.

Don't mean to butt in on the conversation but i was just wondering about this today, dave ramsey said that a women spent all summer applying for grants and got her whole tuition paid for, it was like $28,000. So how to find the grants to apply for? How do you know what's legit and what's not????

Fastweb.com is a great place to start, and also, when you fill out the FAFSA, you are automatically given any government grants you are eligible for based on financial need. (I only got $400 this year, but shoot, that's still $400 I don't have to pay back!!!)
