All my CC debt in one place-finally!

I'm not so sure this is a cause for celebration, because right now, I don't know whether to shout, 'Hooray!' or beat my head against the desk, lol!

I was doing the credit card shuffle thing today, and noticed that our AT&T Universal card had a lovely transfer offer, 5.99% until it's paid off. This is the card that I have only used for balance transfers, not for everyday use, and I've never had a problem with them. So, I transferred over all the credit card debt, which is currently at $9350. On one hand, this is good because it's all in one place, with one target on it. On the other, I feel a little ill about jacking the balance up so high...

I noticed that one of the MBNA cards has a good offer of 0.99% until the end of January, so I'm thinking about transferring our van over to that. It would go from 10.75% to that 0.99%, and since it's our current targeted bill, I'm fairly confident that we could do it. Or, I may wait a couple of months to see what other nice offers they send me, LOL!

The nice thing is that we go from owing 6 different places to 3. Great odds, you ask me.

Hey Lisa - I'm always a fan of having fewer creditors that I have to send checks to each month.

All my best,
Danni

Hey Lisa,
That sounds like great. I'm a fan of doing the credit card shuffle. We saved thousands in the past that way. We had it at 0% interest.

good luck in paying it off before the end of offer.

Thats really good! :) Thats a good idea to wait a couple months and see what offers they send or look around for maybe an even better offer...

That is great news!!! I am currently thinking about how to consolidate my cards, too...playing the waiting game to see what offers come my way. Good luck paying it all off!!! Heather
