Hello everyone,
I'm back. London was fantastic. My Mom and I had a good time. We even saved money, that is, we came back with money :). I took 250 Euros with me and brough 100 back and she brought 150 back. What we did is, we alternatively exchanged Euros into pounds. 1 day she changed, the next day I did. So we lived on 50 Euros a day for 2 and we didn't do bad. We didn't buy any souvenirs, except 2 scarfs (9.90 for 2), a tie for my husband and a London hat for her boyfriend.
Anyway, now I'm back home and I have to start saving again. I had to go to the dentist yesterday and had to have a tooth fixed. Normally I would have taken the material for the filling that is covered by the insurance company (even though it is poisoness, go figure) but since part of the back of my bottom front tooth fell out, he needed to do it with this white expensive stuff and now I have a bill coming for 99 Euros, cause the insurance company doesn't cover that. Bummer.
Well, now it is back to saving and to debt reduction and I am just as excited as I was before I went to London, although I wish it would go a little faster, but I guess that is not possible.
It's good to be home.

Thank you all for the welcome. Now it is time to start back on saving wherever we can. Yesterday we went out to eat and then decided that the 11 Euros we spent on McDonald's we could have had a fabulous meal at home and that we are not doing that anymore. But we ralized one thing: It used to be that we would go out to the Steakhouse, not caring how much it costs, just charge it and now we eat "cheap" which in the longrun is not worth it either, so I think in the future we just stay home and when we want something special, we buy it and cook it. Especially since I love cooking and don't mind. Btw, I am now the owner of a crockpot, which a friend of mine gave me for free, before she left for the States. I always wanted one and was going to buy one in November, but they cost around 50 Euros. Now I have one and don't have to spend money at all. All I need to find is recipes for crockpot cooking, but that shouldn't be no problem at all. :)

Congrats on the crockpot. Many ladies hear talk about how much they love crockpots. I'm sure they will post some recipes for you. In fact, I think Danni knows a link to many recipes.
