I'm wondering if anyone here journals about their debt - or even life in general?

All my best,

I have always used a journal as a form of self therapy.

I have a blog that I don't host very well, which is probably why I get NO traffic. However, I do find it enlightening to read what I wrote in the past about my thought and what I was struggling with. It is funny how times tends to change your perspective on problems. I was introduced to a concept in highschool, called an inventory of being. It is basically a brainstorming exercise, about yourself. I have done several of these over the years at different stages of my life and I can see tremedous growth since I was a teenager. I keep them all together and there are a good reminder to me where I came from.

I have always been a big fan of journaling. I have been a little lazy with it lately, though. I write about money troubles now and then, but mostly I write about other things going on in my life. I try to make some things a little "money worry" free.

What is an inventory of being? I would be interested in trying that.

I am inventory of being is quite simple, you start with a sentence, I am _____, fill in your first name, then you think about yourself and the roles that your play and write about them for 40 minutes. When it is don sit back and read about yourself. I have done several of these things since I was a teen and I have learned tonnes about myself.
