Are online statements ok?

My husband and I are in the process of consolidating our high-interest debt into a lower rate single loan. The Loan officer needs our 401k, stock, paystubs, and our last bank statement. We currently have online banking, so we do not receive an actual paper statement each month. Can I just print out, from the bank's website, all of our transactions for the last month? The print-out has all transactions listed, including a running balance of our account, along with the website address at the bottom and " Online Banking Services" at the top, so should this be ok?? Or do banks/loan officers actually need a real paper statement to process a loan?

Thanks a bunch!

I would double check with your loan officer. when we applied for our mortgage, they wanted a bank prinout with a teller stamp on it. it's probably best to directly ask your loan officer to be sure.

Check with your loan officer.

Thanks! I decided to be proactive and make a trip to the bank yesterday. They were very sweet about my request, and they gave me a print-out of the last 30 days of banking activity, along with stamping and signing the first four pages. They said they've never had any problems with customers submitting stamped/signed copies of their banking information when applying for a loan, so that made me feel good to hear that. I want this refi to go through without any hassles or problems so we can save money and get out of debt sooner.
