Reward system :)

Hi, everyone, and to brown-eyed momma. Congrats on having heart-to-heart with your DH. We decided to have a similar heart-to-heart, and start a reward system. $25-$50/month. For good behavior. Nothing fancy or expensive. We found out we have different money styles. DH is Mr Frugal Bargain, no impulse or online shopping, and faithful checkbook balancing. His weakness? Football (!) Minimal retirement savings. Not starting a savings plan until this yr (and ONLY after he got $$$ from the refinance). And--going out to eat every day with co-workers. I about had a heart attack when I saw the charges to AMEX, Discover, Visa, etc. for the meals. Of course, I have my moments with on-line shopping. And dipping into the emergency fund for medical bills. Sooo-to reward me for my weight loss, not going out to eat, and snowflaking this month, DH treated me to "beauty day"--haircut and facial. (HC-$35.00). Sooo-my plan, ladies, is to cook and freeze meals. On days off, I am cooking like mad. Sometimes, until late. BUT---DH took food to work today. YEAH! Pizza Casserole (fave budget meal) and a fabulous Apple-Yogurt Cinnamon Streusel coffee cake. LOL. There goes the diet. Whiz.

Hey Whiz--
What's that recipe for Pizza Casserole?? I'm at SAHM always looking to stretch...that sounds great and like something the kids will eat!!
Kathy
What a great idea! If you can fit that $25-50 into your monthly budget, it sounds like this could work. Both of you will be able to sacrifice some luxuries (eating out daily, etc), but in the end, you get a nice reward for all your hard work. Sounds like a good plan to me! :-D

Yeah! I'd love that recipe also. My guys both love anything with the word "Pizza" in it. LOL! :-D
Pat :-D
Great Job Whiz,
So could you post the recipe for Pizza Casserole?
Thanks,
SHannon
