I havent been on this board since this time last year but you all helped me so much with getting in the right frame of mind to start paying off some debt. I need to do that again because I put it on hold.

From these posts you all sound so organized with your budgets!!! Im jealous! I have no idea how to go about doing that. And you all sound so diligent with it. I can be very organized when I want to be but I have NO IDEA how to organize it all the way you are. Is there a book or someplace I can go do learn??

I read some posts about "Do you carry it with you" and everyone has spreadsheets with groceries, bill payments, paychecks etc all listed on excel or some other program. I would love to learn how to do this.

I also own a business and my paycheck is always different so I feel that makes it harder to budget because I pay store bills and my bills. Would a bookkeeper or some type of financial planner be able to help me with this.

I need help and I want to be working on a plan by January. I need to get out of this debt because its hanging over my head for too long now.

Any help would mean so much to me. I dont know where else to go for help.

I have a book called "The World's Easiest Guide to Finances" by Larry Burkett with Randy Southern.

Larry Burkett was a Christian financial advisor. Whether or not you are Christian (I am not), his advice is amazing!!!!! Biblically-based at times, but very sound!!

He has written SEVERAL other books on finances (check out your local library!), and you can probably find a website on him if you search.

Since you are balancing YOUR finances with YOUR BUSINESS' finances, you might want to have someone help you, but I am sure if you have the time and energy, you can do it yourself!!!!

Good luck!
