This is what works for me. I double my dinner portions every night and while I'm serving dinner, I just pretend that I have an extra guest at the house. I put my food in the refrigerator prior to sitting down for dinner. I find that this elminates the excuses I have such as "I'm too tired to do it now. I'll do it later".
After I grocery shop, I chop & store all of my veggies into ziplock bags for the week. I use the George Foreman grill & grill 5 chicken breasts and pre cut them into strips. This helps me when I make my daily salads.
