I went to target yesterday with my mom to get spring/summer clothes for the kids and for the first time I didn't have a panic attack at the register because I had the cash budgeted for everything I bought! I can't explain what a wonderful feeling it was. I got SO much stuff too. I got basically everything they will need with the exception of a few fill ins as the seasons wear on. I actually came in $20.00 under budget (which I managed to spend today when we went back to exchange a bathing suit for Cassandra that I picked up in the wrong size) AND I called are gas company today to sign up for their budget program and I now know what are bill will be on a monthly basis and it is $100.00 less then I had budgeted!!! Oh AND we have crappy EXPENSIVE health insurance through DH's work. I've been checking around and I can actually get an individual policy for me and the kids that is MUCH better and $350.00 a month cheaper. DH works for FIL so FIL is actually checking with their insurance agent to see if they can do better for us but by the end of April one way or another our insurance premium will be less. I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel finally.

Yay! Isn't it nice to have a positive shopping experience? It looks like your hard work is starting to pay off. Good job!
