getting rid of bills

I'm wondering if any of you cut down on any bills. I would love to be able to save more. I'm pretty frugal, but lately i've been bad in terms of going out to eat and i really had to buy summer clothes. So I have realized that I really cant 'get rid' of the bills I have:
school loan payment
cell phone
cable
auto insurance
rent
I guess that's life...i'm just wondering how any of you have cut back on things and made life cheaper so to speak (:

The only areas really that you could cut down on is cable(we have basic basic for $13) and maybe auto insurance. Now that we have savings I am looking into upping our deductible since we have the money to meet our deductible and neither of us have had an accident or been hit for 10 years.....so chances are slim but I don't want to tempt fate...

No eating out
No new clothes
If we wanted to buy new clothes, we had to sell our
