.. at least it feels somewhat like it.
As of today, I am now officially debt free - yay!!!
These were sometimes horribly tough years, times when I didn't know what to do and right from left and had to take out a loan to refinance, pay back my student loan, start a new job, actually invest in getting that, etc. etc. - and it is done.
Thanks, all of you, for the support and hugs you provided when things got tough and I felt like in a tight corner. Thanks for keeping me on the right track. Thanks for telling me when I was not making much sense. Thanks.
I won't be gone completely. Bad (spending) habits lurk behind every corner. I know that. I now myself too well...
It can be done. I had never dared to believeit - but it can be done.
Thanks and sending a bit of 'debt-free dust' and wishes for good luck to all of you,
Jordis

WOW!! Congratulations!!
I need the inspiration right now...

Megan
thanks, all of you :-)
the garden: We filled out an application for later this year, for a mid sized allotment garden (~ 400sq meters) - better to start gardening in fall anyway :-)
The money is already set aside, so no new problems await us there.
... my goodness, I still can't say how absolutely happy I feel!
Greetings, Jordis
