I know some of you bundle your phone/tv/cell services.

We've had comcast for cable, internet, and phone for a couple of years now. A few months back I was seeing a lot of ads for their "low introductory rates" for new customers, so I called them up to see what they could do for a loyal customer. It took about 20 minutes on the phone, being switched among operators, but eventually they took $25 off of our monthly bill. I was happy with that, as I really like our service and didn't really want to change providers. It can't hurt to call and mention you've seen low advertised prices, and ask what they can give a loyal customer!

Maybe it's a man thing, Tracy, because I never seem to have any luck with them either.
