Hi everyone
I still feel very new around here so maybe this has been discussed.
I have been listening to Dave Ramsey and heard him mention this documentary so I ordered it.

I have this recorded at my house but i haven't had a chance to watch it. I have heard it's good..my husband knows how i love suze orman and dave ramsey so he said he heard dave ramsey and he started recording it for me

Hi.
Provided we are talking about the same thing, Dave Ramsey is in the documentary.
All my best,
Danni
I Tivo'd it recently and thought it was fantastic!
The Canadian show of the same name is just so-so in my opinion.

I guess now there is a TV show by the same name, which I have never seen; but, the documentary is great. Had my kids watch it too and they are not remotely interested in using credit cards as a result. It really made us look at banks very differently.
I too heard about this on Dave Ramsey's radio show. I rented it from the library last year and the end made me cry.
I can't believe how far people are willing to go in debt without ever stopping and asking themselves, hey, what the heck are we doing.
I haven't posted in awhile, but I had to chime in on this one.
Hi again
Yes Netflix does have this as something you can watch on your computer, I tried to do that first but for some reason my computer wouldn't play it so that's why I got it from Amazon Unbox.
There definitely needs to be some accountability on the people who borrow so much, more than they can pay.

**spoiler alert** LOL
The most chilling part about that doc was the Dave Ramsey call where the wife is saying that her husband has been so depressed and he's been talking about "it."
And Dave goes, "It??? Bankruptcy?"
And she says, "No, suicide."
Dave's face is just goes pale. Absolutely chilling.
But it really lit a fire - I hate that I give money to these companies. Just made me more determined.
