I'm working with Quicken loans to consolidate our debt. Everything is done over the phone and they can tell you pretty quickly what they have to offer.
I will check into them. How has your experience been with them so far? If you don't mind me asking if you get the loan or already have it how much are you going to be saving each month by consolidating your cc?
So far, the experience has been great. They are very efficient and their customer service has been top-notch. We would save about $500 a month by consolidating; but, we are consolidating everything: the last 10 months of DH's truck payment, a personal loan, 8 CCs, a computer payment, and our mortgage. This will also take 2.5 years off our mortgage. My goal then will be to snowflake on my mortgage to get it paid down even quicker, once I build up a 6 month efund.
Just found out we're having our closing Thursday morning. Our savings will be $875 a month, so any efund will build up quickly. I also checked with the Better Business Bureau and they had a satisfactory rating.
