There wasn't anything on TV today so I got my trusted pen and paper out and started doing some figuring two hours later I still had no better plan of action. I am stuck.

I like it!!!
Hi Mary Ann - I'm sorry you've hit a point that is making you feel restless.
All my best,
Danni
Bad time of the month. Not that kind of bad time over came that a few decades back. Just there is no money left to snow flake. Got two weeks before we get paid again. And I really wanted the balance to get under that 23,000 mark going into next month.
But mainly I get SO DAMN MAD because I should not be facing that amount of debt. At least 18,000 of it in the first place.
If it was a debt I had taken on myself it would be different I was forced into it. That is the topper on the cake.
Thanks for support Dana

Well, you could start over I guess: post income and expenses and let us see if there is any last thing you could cut. Probably there isn't, but who knows.
Of course, you don't want to pay any more fees transferring $ around BUT, you could possibly save a few more dollars if you could transfer just a part of one of the cards to a 0% card.
Usually if you open a new card, that opening balance transfer doesn't come with a "transaction fee" which now seem to be "4% of the balance transferred with NO MAXIMUM"
Yikes.
It probably wouldn't raise your monthly payment, since the payment for the card you were transferring from would go down while the payment for the new card would appear.
And since you would actually be paying the principal down faster, it could help just a little.
On the other hand, your ticker has already gone down about $4,000.00 since you posted it, and that is really something to celebrate.

Hey Mary Ann,
I just wanted to send you {{{HUGS}}}} because I know you're doing everything in your power to bring your debt load down. I feel your frustration and annoyance, but remain focused and keep doing what you're doing, and I am sure you'll find more sources of snowflakes somewhere.
Like Danni said, keep on keeping on and you'll make it.

Believe me I thought of that. I got a USBANK that is 0% until the end of the year but the payment is 20.00 a month so that really isn't any help Just to that point and you will get there to when there isn't except for throwing money to the debt that will get it gone.
I think I do need a little bit better plan just can't figure out what it is
If we were in better shape yes maybe but we are not. And I am not looking for more then a 30.00 raise this year which I am sure the health insurance will take in November. Just a little depressed and venting I guess.
the lottery might help but I don't waste my money by playing.
Got to go and turn the couch over again and see what falls out I guess.
thanks
Mary Ann
