Hi everyone. Carolyn, et all, I have some dumb questions. 1) We paid the state/fed taxes. So, do we qualify for rebate?

Hi, Carolyn! Thanks for support. I am off today to get things done. I still need to go to the DMV again to get the license thing finished. A mess, but working on it. Ah, at least in some areas, there is some progress. Eating less. Spending less on food. No A/C. Weight loss.

Yes, Bex, I am very serious. The Credit Union also for such and such. Oh, they also raised the ATM fees that one uses at the other banks' ATM's. Overdraft fees went up by $10.00. So, I am going to ask them for a breakdown of all of these new increases in fees. Something smells fishy. Whiz.

Whiz, once you get the Cap One card paid off you will probably get a 12 month 0% interest offer from them.

I have never went a mortgage company for any of my houses I always went to the bank. And believe me somewhere in those papers you signed for the HELC is a mortgage. In the fine print and maybe a window too.I tell you what scared me is I was afraid when the window closed I would have a high balance when they started figuring the payments and the payments would be more then what I could afford. So I got out of it.
