This is going to be long WARNING,

I see no other choice but to cut back on the snowflaking and it get down to a resonable amount a month. I just wanted the bills and payments to go down so bad. I think I have gotten caught up in it so much I am dragging my self down faster then the amount of bills are going down.

I will be real honest since it was 40 plus years ago and I don't really think it matters

Since you own 2 homes, you should consider selling one of them to pay off your debt.

The other one is on a lease with an option to buy on it. Option to be picked up by September 2009 That is why we are in this much debt to save that house when a woman that was going to buy it backed out at the closing table. We had moved out according to the contract then we were forced to keep two houses going for over a year at the rate of around 1100 a month plus 3000.00 in

Are you able to get another renter for that house?

Stephanie

I know you are trying to help but you don't know my story I will tell you the fast version. I am 60 years old I had two bad falls a few years back while in North Carolina. When I got back I could not go up and down steps with out being in a lot of pain. My house here in Ky had steps 13 of them to get to the upstairs bathroom to take a bath.

So we put the house up for sale got a buyer signed a contract In the contract was the condishion that we would turn over the keys to the house at the closing In so many words we would be out of that house. We bought another house and moved out Buyer did not show up at closing. So we were left with two houses and not able to take care of a rental

Our school holds a "reality store" every year in which our students are given a full day's sim experience.

that sounds like a wonderful program. I think all kids need something

If for no other reason then to understand what their parents are going through

Laurie is paying enough on the other house to take care of everything I just used the tax money instead of banking it like I should have since the first of the year to snowflake. The debt payments being that high was killing me. I had to get them down. Now I have to pay the piper as they say and make up what should already be in the bank.

Hi, Mary Ann,

You were right that I did not know your situation.
